By accessing or using NaijaSt ay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of Service
NaijaSt ay provides an online marketplace connecting property hosts with guests seeking short-stay accommodation in Nigeria. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. We are solely a technology platform.
3. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, and the safety and cleanliness of their properties. All listings must comply with applicable Nigerian laws and local regulations.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat host properties with respect, comply with house rules, and use the property only for the agreed purpose. Any damage caused by guests is their financial responsibility.
5. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed through our platform. Service fees are charged on each booking. Payment methods include Nigerian bank transfer with other methods being added progressively.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by listing as set by individual hosts. Guests should review the cancellation policy for each property before booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a host and guest, NaijaSt ay may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. We reserve the right to make final decisions on platform-related disputes.
8. Modifications
NaijaSt ay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
